Keith Poole, MSQA, CSSBB provides engagement oversight for khrusallis and acts as the primary liaison with senior leadership at our clients. Keith is also an expert in on-site kaizen event facilitation, Lean training and education, data analysis, and satisfaction measurement programs.
Proving once and for all that quality tools are universal, Keith turned a Metallurgical Engineering degree into a career in healthcare. He brings a unique Engineering mindset, a passion for improvement, and deep respect for healthcare providers and clinical staff.

Mike Gariboldi, M.Ed., provides pharmacy advice for khrusallis engagements and is an expert in employing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of pharmacy services.
Mike is a Pharmacy Operations Specialist who combines his passions for both pharmacy management and process improvement. His background in pharmacy includes practice in both retail and hospital settings. He has traveled across the United States for a CPOE build, an Omnicell expansion project, and has bridged vacancies in the roles of Buyer and Informatics Manager for some clients. Mike has co-managed a hospital’s transition from McKesson AcuDose-Rx® to Pyxis®, and co-managed the implementation of Pharmogistics® and PharmoPack® technology.
