Keith Poole, MSQA, CSSBB provides engagement oversight for khrusallis and acts as the primary liaison with senior leadership at our clients.  Keith is also an expert in on-site kaizen event facilitation, Lean training and education, data analysis, and satisfaction measurement programs.

Proving once and for all that quality tools are universal, Keith turned a Metallurgical Engineering degree into a career in healthcare.  He brings a unique Engineering mindset, a passion for improvement, and deep respect for healthcare providers and clinical staff.

Keith has previously worked as a Quality Professional for:
ArcelorMittal (one of the world’s largest steel producers);
Merkle-Korff (a world-wide manufacturer of small electric motors);
NAVTEQ (the world’s leading digital map provider);
Sisters of St. Francis Health Services (now Franciscan Alliance, a system of 14 hospitals and dozens of support facilities including a centralized lab, centralized order entry Pharmacy, and Physician office practices);
Hospital Corporation of America (HCA, the largest hospital system in the US with 150+ hospitals and hundreds of support facilities); and
University Healthsystem Consortium (UHC, member organization and data processor for 120+ major academic medical centers in the US and Canada).



Mike Gariboldi
Pharmacy Advisor

Mike Gariboldi, M.Ed., provides pharmacy advice for khrusallis engagements and is an expert in employing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of pharmacy services.

Mike is a Pharmacy Operations Specialist who combines his passions for both pharmacy management and process improvement.  His background in pharmacy includes practice in both retail and hospital settings.  He has traveled across the United States for a CPOE build, an Omnicell expansion project, and has bridged vacancies in the roles of Buyer and Informatics Manager for some clients.  Mike has co-managed a hospital’s transition from McKesson AcuDose-Rx® to Pyxis®, and co-managed the implementation of Pharmogistics® and PharmoPack® technology.

North Florida Regional Medical Center;
Virginia College; and
UNC Health Care.
